Returns & Exchanges
For HOLIDAY gifts: We accept returns of full-priced gifts (excluding footwear) for store credit until 1/7/26.
For IN-STORE purchases: Full-priced merchandise is eligible for a refund within 7 days from purchase date, with a receipt, in the same manner that the purchase was made. We cannot give cash refunds for merchandise over $50; a check will be issued. Store credit will be offered after 7 days and up to 14 days after date of purchase. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. All sale items and special orders are final sale.
For ONLINE purchases: Full-priced merchandise post-marked up to 14 days from purchase date is eligible for a full refund, minus original shipping fee. Any items post-marked after 14 days from purchase date are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds after 30 days of original purchase date. All sale items are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on worn footwear - all items must be unworn and in original packaging.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to send you another style, color, or size free of charge. If you prefer a refund, please email info@twosolesisters.com so that we know a shipment will be on its way. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please ship eligible items to: Two Sole Sisters 1703 Pearl Street Boulder, CO 80302-5516. Two Sole Sisters is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Do not use shoe box as a shipping container. We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet our return policy.
