Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you love all your Two Sole Sisters' purchases. However, if you need to return an item, please follow the instructions below:
Online Purchase Return Policy:
- All SALE purchases and special order purchases are FINAL SALE.
- We suggest trying on your shoes inside and on a carpet.
- We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on WORN FOOTWEAR - item must be in its original box in its original condition.
- DO NOT use shoe box as shipping container.
- If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to send you another style, color, or size free of charge.
- If you prefer a refund, please email info@twosolesisters.com so that we know a shipment will be on its way.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns/exchanges post-marked up to 14 days from the purchase date are eligible for a full refund, minus original shipping costs.
- Any items post-marked after 14 days from purchase date are not eligible for refund or exchange, and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
- Please note, we DO NOT accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds after 30 days of original purchase date - NO EXCEPTIONS.
- We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet our return policy.
- Please ship eligible items back using an insured, trackable parcel service - Two Sole Sisters will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

In-store Purchase Return Policy:

- If you are returning something within 7 days of purchase date - you will be given a full refund.
- If you are returning something between 7 and 14 days of purchase date - you will be given store credit.
- Any items that are beyond the 14 day period are not eligible for refund or store credit.
- We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet our return policy.
