Online Returns and Exchanges:
We hope that you love all your Two Sole Sisters' purchases. However, if you need to return an item, here is our Return Policy:
- If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to send you another style, color, or size free of charge.
- Two Sole Sisters DOES NOT accept returns or exchanges on WORN FOOTWEAR. Footwear must be returned in its original box in its original condition without shipping labels. Do not use the Manufacturers’ shoe box as a shipping container.
- All SALE purchases and special order purchases are FINAL SALE.
- We suggest trying on your shoes inside and on a carpet.
- You may return an item within 14 days from date of receipt for a complete refund (less shipping costs) to the same card on which it was purchased.
- We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet our return policy.
If you would prefer a refund, please ship the item to us within 14 days of the date printed on your receipt by following the guidelines below:
- Please email us at email@example.com or call us to let us know your return is on the way.
- Returns postmarked more than 14 days after the date of your original receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as Two Sole Sisters cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
