Returns & Exchanges

For IN-STORE purchases:

We will give a full refund within 7 days of purchase with a receipt in the same manner that the purchase was made. We cannot give cash refunds for merchandise over $50; a check will be issued. Store credit will be offered after 7 days and up to 14 days after the date of purchase. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

All sale items and special orders are FINAL SALE.

For ONLINE purchases: 

For non-sale items, returns/exchanges post-marked up to 14 days from the purchase date are eligible for a full refund, minus original shipping costs. Any items post-marked after 14 days from purchase date are not eligible for refund or exchange, and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

 We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds after 30 days of original purchase date. All sale items are FINAL SALE. 

We suggest trying on your shoes inside and on a carpet. We do not accept returns or exchanges on worn footwear - all items must be unworn and in original packaging.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to send you another style, color, or size free of charge. If you prefer a refund, please email info@twosolesisters.com so that we know a shipment will be on its way. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please ship eligible items back using an insured, trackable parcel service - Two Sole Sisters is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Do not use shoe box as shipping container.

We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet our return policy.
