Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on worn footwear. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

For IN-STORE purchases: Full-priced merchandise is eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days from the purchase date. Sale items and special orders are not eligible for return.

For ONLINE purchases: Full-priced merchandise post-marked up to 14 days from purchase date is eligible for a full refund, minus original shipping fee. Any items post-marked after 14 days from purchase date are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Online orders for in-store pickup are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days. We do not accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days of original purchase date. Sale items are not eligible for return.

Please email info@twosolesisters.com so that we know a shipment will be on its way. You are responsible for return shipping costs, please do not use shoe box as a shipping container. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet our policy.
